Softer, Slower, Quieter – Wacken O:A 2025

The photo series shows quiet, contemplative, or intimate moments of people at Wa- cken Open Air—captured in the midst of or on the way to the loud, energetic concert setting. The focus is on the contrasting beauty that arises where you least expect it: in retreat, in moments of transition, in human expression away from the big stage action. The title references the three main stages named “Harder,” “Faster,” and “Louder” and inverts their boldly implied intention.

Villa Fischer 2025

Villa Fischer is a Bauhaus-era house in Wuppertal, designed by architect Hans Heinz Lüttges. Commissioned by a Jewish family who fled Nazi Germany, later inhabited by a german fighter and even used as a dog pension, the villa now serves as a family home for four children. This photographic project explores the transformation of a modernist landmark across generations — tracing how architecture becomes a witness to exile, ideology, and renewal.
